Fix unresponsive slider when forward button tapped on the first occasion. See details for desc.

More details in the original feedback:
"The +15 doesn’t change the time when you click it the first time. For example, the minute was 21. I clicked +15, the scrollbar moved, but the time did not change to the 30th minute. I clicked it again, and it jumped to the 45th minute. Going backwards (-15) works on first click. It’s just the initial +15 click that doesn’t change the time."

Addressing feedback:
In the menu bar, whenever I have locations that have letters like “p”, “q”, “y”, and “g” (i.e. they go below the “line”) the portion below the “line” gets truncated. So it ends up that “p”, “q” and “g” look kind of like “o” and “y” looks like “v”. This means I can’t really pick the names I want sometimes (e.g. for Germany I use Frankfurt as a workaround). Please fix!

Addressing feedback:
Interestingly when the “TimeScroller” is not on now (so it is in the future or the past and has the small X on its top right) and when I go over the locations with my moue the format stays in the “GMT-X” format and doesn’t go back. So there is some inconsistency that would be good to iron-out for a better app feel
